How long does delivery take?
We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3—5 business days across India. Express delivery (1—2 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Initiate your return from the Orders section of your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. International shipping is planned for early 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified first.
Are your products true to size?
ThreadCo tees and hoodies are oversized by design. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Check the Size Guide on any product page for exact measurements.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by entering your order ID on our Order Tracking page.
